A vehicle was stopped on Main Street, where officers observed a large alcoholic drink container in the car. The driver failed a roadside breath test and was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving before being taken into custody. During this incident, the driver's partner intervened and was arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly. |
